Rob
Rob turned his life around by getting help from Lauren. He was suffering with depression and turned to food and alcohol. But he soon realised that this wasn’t the road for him, so he reached out for help to get his life back on track.
Rob started with 30 minute sessions to ease himself back in to exercise. Then built them up to 50 minute sessions. Lockdown happened so this wasn’t ideal, but he kept up his diet and home training.
Rob now has a healthy relationship with food, hits the gym everyday, and is now back to loving himself. He has lost a massive 5 stone and gained so much strength and fitness along the way.

In 1 year, Kelly has dropped 2.5 stone and made amazing strength results in the gym. She has attended 2 classes and 1 PT session every week and used Lauren’s advice for dropping fat.
Alex
Alex works as a police officer and had never stepped foot in a gym before. He started PT twice a week, and followed a caloric deficit tracking his calories. He maintained this throughout a 6 month period and managed to lose over 20g whilst still having what he likes on special occasions. He has built some good muscle over time and the gym gives him something to focus on. He now trains 3 times a week and has turned it into a lifestyle change.

When I started training with Lauren I had a couple of physical impairments that were causing me a lot of frustration - lower back pain and a hernia - but Lauren put together a program which was sympathetic to the hernia. This is also working alongside Callum Brown, the in house sports therapist, to permanently resolve the cause of my long term back pain. Weak glutes and core are the cause! I'm just about to have surgery on the hernia and will absolutely be back training with her as soon as I'm recovered. A professional service tailored to the specific needs of the individual client, highly recommend.
