Book in with me, for your free consultation and assessment. We will have a short phone conversation or chat over email, to enable me to gain a brief overview of yourself, before meeting in the gym.
Before we begin anything, I assess your mobility, posture, core function and flexibility. This gives me an idea of how well you move.
After that, I can begin to assess your strength and endurance, then we can have a chat about diet and nutrition if this is something you’d like help with too.
Each client has their own tailored program. Every session is different. Body analysis and nutrition is evaluated approx every 4 weeks to keep you on the right track.
