UPON ASSESSMENT

Our first meet up will be a free physical assessment. This takes no longer than 45 mins, gives us a chance to meet face to face and the opportunity to discuss exactly what you want to achieve from Personal Training with me.

Assessment included:

  • Mobility and flexibility testing

  • Cardiovascular fitness test

  • Muscle strength and endurance test

  • Posture analysis

  • Core function testing

  • Nutrition evaluation

From beginners to elite fitness level clients, I can deliver sessions to all abilities. 

I live and breathe health and fitness, and most importantly, I practice what I preach to clients. I love Personal Training which is why my clients love their sessions. I can pass on my passion to others and develop a good client/trainer relationship. This enables me to understand the client and help them as much as possible.

Whenever I train a client, I try and put myself in their shoes. I understand some environments can be a bit daunting for some, however, the gym environment should not be! I have worked with clients who have begun their training at a weight of 150kg/24st, right down to clients beginning their training weighing just 50kg/8st. Ages 16-65, I can accommodate for everyone's needs.

Location: CrossFit Habitat, which is a private gym in Carterton in Oxfordshire, just on the outskirts of Gloucestershire.
